    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it to us under the following conditions:

    Return Period:

    • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

    Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    Return Process:

    Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at hiphopeinc@gmail.com. You will need your order number and email address.

    Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

    Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

    Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
    • Returns Due to Our Error: If the return is a result of our error, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

    Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

    Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hiphopeinc@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
